Plan Your Event

We realize that the information that we request from you is very lengthy.  This is why we have the unequalled reputation in the business.  Since inception we have taken pride in matching you up with the DJ that will fit your needs in its entirety.  Once we review all your information a disc jockey from our staff is assigned to you.  They will call you to confirm all the details of your event.  This way you will have the certainty of knowing that everything has been completely finalized and you will get exactly what you are looking for.  No cheesy surprises here!

Once you book with us, you will need to fill out the planning form, event timeline and song request list.   Please be sure to return this information no sooner than six weeks prior to your event.  Why only six weeks prior?  Because your DJ is chosen based on all your final criteria you submit us.  We realize in planning an event things change and we need to be flexible.  Please remember that it is imperative that we be notified of any changes immediately so that we are all on the same page.  Most of your final changes will probably happen six to eight weeks prior to your event. This is why we request your information no sooner than six weeks prior.  Once your forms have been finalized please submit them.  Your disc jockey will be chosen based on the personality, involvement and criteria of what you have outlined.  We look forward to providing you affordable, fun and tasteful entertainment.  Call and/or email us as much as you wish.  We are here for you!
